    This incident has been resolved. Agent Directory Export and Submitted Applications Export is now fully functional on HQ.quility.com

    We implemented a partial workaround for Applications Import and are currently monitoring for when HQ Agent Directory Import is fixed.

    The workaround gives you the ability to use OPT Applications export and import into Agent Compass (see instructions in Agent Compass).

    Symmetry has been made aware that their HQ Agent Directory and Submitted Applications Export is failing (leaving an empty file when downloading). This prevents you from importing into Agent Compass.
